Hello & Welcome to the 1st issue of the TimeTrax HR Professionals e-newsletter. We’ve been having so many interesting exchanges at the TimeTrax Linkedin community that we decided to share them with everyone. It’s about time a common platform is formed to talk about HR issues in Pakistan. The lack of one has propelled us to create a forum where professionals can voice their opinions and learn from each other. This communiqué is one of the many initiatives on the same front. We would love to hear your ideas and feedback for our next issue. Till then happy reading!

How do you distribute unit shares under the Companies Profit (Workers Participation) Act 1968?

Employees working mainly in the Managerial or Administrative capacity are not entitled to these shares. See Section 2 for the definition of worker and Rule no.4 of The Schdule of the Act 1968 for Distribution of Benefits.
