A change order constitutes a change in system specification and/or further enhancements such as additional reports and input forms, submitted after the approval of the requirement specification. Any alteration or deviation from these system specifications may involve extra costs, depending upon the complexity of the change. Such change orders will be executed only upon written orders (through Change Request form).
EfroTech will provide a warranty for a period of three month(s). This duration will start once application is delivered. After warranty period, a detailed software maintenance contract can be established between customer and EfroTech to ensure continued support of the software system. EfroTech offers reasonable rates for maintenance. An update frequency has been specified in our maintenance contracts, which ensures that the customer's evolving business requirements are being met and all information on the software as per business logics is kept current. The maintenance contract is signed for a fixed period of time (i.e. 20% of total software cost per year), which covers 20 minor software customization jobs. |
